Healthy Cooking with Nutrition: Mediterr-Asian Recipes
Sunday, 15 June 3pm || 3 hours PLUS Dinner - $185
Learn to cook simple, delicious, and healthy recipes to enjoy at home daily. Your teachers: Elena, a dedicated Naturopath and nutrition expert, and Paul, a talented and experienced Chef.
In this course, Elena will explain the nutritional benefits of the dishes, while Chef Paul will help you cook healthy and tasty meals. Chef Paul will also teach you safe knife skills at the start of the class.
Elena started Mother Natura cooking school to address the modern need for healthy eating with limited preparation time. The courses offer practical cooking experience while teaching the benefits of the foods made, encouraging healthy choices.
Examples of some of the recipes include:
Brown Rice Mushroom Risotto, Stir Fry Tempeh, Herb Roasted Tofu, Grandma's Apple Cake, Vegan Mayo, Brussels Sprouts Gratin, and more.

Nutrition Course (2 hours - $130)
Give yourself and your family the best health possible by learning in detail the characteristics of all foods, and which ingredients help or are detrimental for the most common ailments.

Mediter-Asian Cooking Workshop (2 hours - Includes lunch - $160)
This course will teach you healthy and easy recipes to enjoy daily and will increase your confidence in planning healthy meals.

Vegan pesto & vegan mayonnaise
Besan Frittata
Crumbed tofu
Fish marinade
Millet balls
Kale and beet root chips
Sun flower snack
Apple cake with olive oil and chia
Blue berries and nut cake

At the end of the cooking session we will enjoy eating together what has been prepared.
